The key to overcoming such attacks as those is to daily submit your thoughts to God. The Bible exhorts us to be renewed (daily, moment by moment) in the spirit of our minds (Romans 12:2). Daily submerging our minds in God's Word transforms our thoughts and thought patterns. We are filled and fueled with thoughts, imaginations and creativity that are powered and influenced by God.
As we submerge our thoughts in the Word of God, our minds are submerged with the divine knowledge, understanding and the wisdom of God. God's knowledge, understanding and wisdom is good and leads to good in all areas of our lives. We can count on God to restore any strained, stressed or distressed area of our lives with His Word and through His Word. God's Word brings revelation, transformation and restoration, as we renew our minds with God's Word, daily; moment by moment.
Suffering from any kind of fog, writer's block or scattered brain symptoms are all a result of:
.Fatigue.
.Exhaustion.
.Stress.
.Depression.
.Hormonal imbalance.
.Demonic attacks.
.Distractions.
GET FREE! Everything isn't spiritual. Everything isn't scientific. Some things are a combination of both spiritual and science.
Too much of the extreme in either or isn't good. Find balance. Some things can prayferfully be resolved through prayer and faith in God, with the help of science to some degree.
Science deals with the symptoms leading to the root cause. While faith in God through prayer gets to the root cause of the symptoms. Find balance, get to the root of the issue, and get healthy.
Whatever is distracting you, remove it or remove yourself. Distractions can cause your thoughts to be on the wrong things which can lead you away from what you need to be doing in the moment or where you need to be at the moment. All things aren't bad, but if it is or if they are distracting you from God's purpose for your life, it's wrong. STAY FOCUSED.
However, a non distraction is anyone or anything that is helping to navigate you to, in or through your purpose without depleting you or encouraging you in wrong behaviors, while doing what God has called you to do. They actually give you the extra boost of encouragement or energy you need to go the distance. The exchange should always be mutual though never one-sided.
Get some rest. Better yet get some sleep. Your brain and your mind responds better and functions properly when rested and when adequate sleep is maintained. Coffee and caffeine can only do so much. I'm just saying.π€£
Stay hydrated. Water actually helps revive the brain. Yes. Your brain needs water. Water helps to detox the brain of toxins that can hinder the proper flow and function of the brain, its brain cells, nerves and muscles. Like the bones need calcium, your brain needs water and its antioxidants.
Practice the Philippians 4:8 check. DWELL ON WHAT IS GOOD. Be positive. Positive thoughts and images help to revive and stimulate creativity and ingenuity.
Good thoughts bring the right results. Be careful what you release over yourself or what you allow others to release over you through words, conversations and images. Words and images carry power and influence over the outcome of your life and day. The Bible is clear: Life and death are in the power of what you speak. Moreover, you become what you believe. Let that sink in.π
I encourage you to practice 2Corinthians 10:3-6 regularly. Pull down every wicked imagination that exalts itself against the knowledge of God in your mind, thoughts, life and around you. Protect your mind (intellect, thoughts, creativity, ingenuity and inner conscious) with the Word of God against all vices of the devil at all times.
