I AM A CHRISTIAN/Rashea@LLO2 Academy

If anyone is in Christ they are a new person with a new start and a new identity. Old things have passed a way, behold all things are brand new (2Corinthians 5:17). Being a born again Christian is really like being born all over again.

A new born child is new to the world and the world is new to them. As a Christian, it's not that we can redo our natural experience again🀭, but in Christ we can experience a reset. We get a do over. We have the opportunity to make better decisions, enjoy new experiences and grow closer to God.πŸ™πŸ™Œ Which is my goal daily.

Let's read 2Corinthians 5:17 like this. "If you are now in Christ through salvation, you have a new start and have been updated. The past has been discarded and your new life in Christ has begun." Wow! Amen. Now who doesn't want that kind of life?🀭 Sign me up immediately.πŸ˜‚

But on a serious note, it is very true. God, through Jesus, wipes our slate clean. Even if we do sin from time to time, through repentance, we will be forgiven (1John 1:9). No one gets it right all the time. And that's just the truth.πŸ˜‚

One of the things I love about being a Christian is that Christianity holds you to a higher standard of how you live, how you interact with others and what you say. It commands excellence. God is gracious, but He still expects us to represent Him well and to come to Him when we fail.

I agree. Failure is not the end, but neither are your past victories. You still have to put in the work, day and night, night and day. You still have to work on your character both strengths and weaknesses.

You cannot just focus on your strengths, because if you neglect to improve your weaknesses, they will be your downfall.πŸ‘€ Strengthen both you strengths and weaknesses so that you can experience long-term success in all areas of life. Become a better person in all areas of your life. Wear your Christianity with dignity not acting as if you are better than others but as a merit of becoming better as a person, a leader, a student, a mentor, a mom or dad, and as a Christian (for those who confess and profess Jesus as their Lord and Savior).

My name is Rashea and I am a Christian in progress.πŸ€πŸ’―πŸ’•
