WALKING IN YOUR KINGDOM AUTHORITY AS AS A CHRISTIAN/Rashea@LLO2 Academy

We live in America. Moreover, being citizens of the United States of America, we have judicial laws and governmental authorities that are in place that guide and protect the well being of the people and the land. America. America. The land that I love.

However, as Christian's, we are of a HIGHER Kingdom not of this world. The Kingdom of God. "Let Your kingdom come. Let Your will be done on earth as it us in heaven."

Although the Kingdom of God surpasses the kingdoms of this world, it does not insist that we overthrow the government as some try to do and have done throughout history for selfish ambition or motives. The only time we see examples in the Bible where the apostles utilized their Kingdom authority to overrule the authority of the government of the land is in Acts 4 when the governmental officials attempted to restrain the disciples from proclaiming the name of Jesus and preaching and teaching the gospel of Jesus which is to save lives.

In many Scriptures throughout the Bible, Christian's are encouraged and commanded by God to obey the law and to respect those in authority. We are admonished to respect our governmental officials in all arenas. When we do this, we not only show our compliancy to the law but the character of Christ within us.

Yes. Use wisdom in all matters. Sometimes, God will ask you to do something or to say thing that is contrary to the laws of the land, but when He does, He does so to pivot the culture into a new wave within history, within the culture or government. When it is God's leading, you will see God backing your decisions and actions to obey the direction of God that will pivot the history of mankind or a situation despite the laws of the land.

Just think about how many people throughout history were brave enough to stand up to laws and governmental officials to establish a new wave of freedom for all people. Nothing will change unless we speak up and stand up for what is right. Just because a law is in place doesn't mean it is a law that is relevant for the times. Sometimes, what worked in the early 1900's, the 60's or even the 90's isn't relevant for now.

In the time of Jesus, the disciples of Jesus had to overcome religious persecution. For us today it is overcoming the after affects of the pandemic and our stance on how to reestablish economic profitability and faith within the government and the medical field after the extent of setbacks the pandemic has caused throughout the world and our nation.

As kingdom citizens representing the kingdom of God, we have the power and the  authority through Christ and the Holy Spirit to pray fervently and to overcome ALL the works of the enemy (Luke 10:19). We don't just have to stand by passively and allow such crisis and chaos to throw our government and the people of this great nation into a panic of peril. We can prayer and petition God to turn things around and bring hope, restoring order and establishing new laws and positioning new governmental authorities that will heal our land and protect the people.

It is so important that we know our rights both spiritually and in all arenas of life. So often, people are misguided or misplaced because they lack knowledge of their rights, rights that protect their freedom as citizens of the kingdom of God and their homeland. If you fail to know, you fail to grow and to progress in your freedom.
