1 Son. Daughter. Be wise. Listen and apply right instructions and take correction.

2 Your words of wisdom can be a blessing.

3 Be careful in what you say. Don't just say everything that comes into your head, because it can lead to trouble.

4 Don't be lazy. Get up and prepare. Ready yourself and work for what you need and want. 

5 Do not lie. Be honest and tell the truth. Liars are brought to ruin eventually.

7 Riches are not permanent. They can be here today and gone tomorrow. Be a good steward, but do not put all your confidence in what you have. Wealth unlike riches is not based on money alone. Invest in things that have eternal and long term value.

8 A rich man has troubles that ordinary people don't have.

9 Godly character has growth spurts. It is a joy and has longevity. A person of wicked morale is temporarily indestructible. They eventually come to ruin.

10 Arrogance and a know it all attitude leads to friction, but a person who has skill and godly wisdom is teachable and well-advised.

11 Dishonest gain of any kind will dwindle away, but one who patiently and skillfully gathers little by little will increase what they have.

12 A desire withheld can weigh heavy on the heart, but when it is granted it brings life to the soul.

14 Wisdom leads to life. A wise teacher is a life giver.

15 Understanding well leads to favor. One who is apt to doing life their way will make life hard for themselves.

16 The wise are knowledgeable and use discretion, but a fool is cocky and flaunts around their ignorance.

17 A wicked advisor is ensnared by evil, but a faithful and trustworthy ambassador brings healing.

18 Lack and shame will be the fate of those who ignore good advice. Heed good advice and you will be blessed.

19 When a desire is fulfilled it is satisfying, but a fool is furious and offended when asked or forced to hand over ill intent.

21 When you sow evil, you will reap evil. When you sow good, you will reap good.

22 A good person doesn't just consider and invest in their own well being. They consider and invest in the well being of their children and grand children. The wealth of the wicked will be given to those who are fair and in right standing with God.

23 God blesses those suffering misfortune. Their injustice is a result of the wicked.

24 Correct your child when they are in error. Don't put it off. Don't wait until they are of age. Then it will be too late.

25 God blesses those who are in right standing with Him. The wicked will suffer want.
