ACHIEVING LONGTERM SUCCESS IN A FOREVER CHANGING CULTURE AND SOCIETY/Rashea@LLO2 Academy

Your level of achievement is contigent on your level of adaptability. Adjust. In order to achieve the extent of prosperity and good success that God makes available to you you have to be willing to adjust.


Change is apart of the journey to success. Things are constantly changing in the culture and in society. Therefore, you have to evolve with the culture in order to experience the best results and remain relevant to the culture around you.

Lean into the pros of what it is to be relevant within the culture and to the culture. Being relevant doesn't mean you compromise your character or values. Being relevant within the culture and to the culture implies you offer a solution that is innovative and fresh and is impeccable to the needs and desires of the culture and society.

Good leaders and visionaries are intuned with what is trending, but, also, with what is lacking. The problem with trends is they come and go, only offering temporary value and relief to growing demands. Trends, unfortunately, lose value quicker than a timeless antidote to challenges and changes within the culture and society.

Innovation is a better solution not a recycled idea of what already exist. Yes, materials and resources are utilized, but they are utilized in a brand new way, pushing the culture and society into a new era of change and what is possible. Those who believe in their Vision don't sell out. They preserve their Vision and persevere through adversity and challenges WITHING the culture. They understand that eventually like trends change so will the tide. 


Visionaries don't settle. They may serve the needs of the culture, and they will even listen to the needs of the culture, but they do not succumb to the pressures and perspectives of the forever changing culture. Good leaders and visionaries change the methods of how they reach the culture without compromising the excellence of their vision and product.

Visionaries and good leaders don't go cheap with the quality of their product and Vision when the profit increases and the demand increases.πŸ‘€πŸ€¦‍♀️ What leading leaders and visionaries don't realize is when you go cheap with the quality of your brand to reach the demand... You cheapen the quality of excellence you advertise in exchange for not only greater revenue but, also, to meet the demand. You don't have to cheapen the quality of your product to reach the demand of the consumer. 

LEADERS AND VISIONARIES... I AM SORRY TO SAY THIS BUT NOT SORRY TO SAY THIS.🀣 LISTEN TO ME. THE CUSTOMER AND CONSUMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. STOP SUCCUMBING TO THE GRIEVANCES AND COMPLAINTS OF THE CONSUMER.


If you continue to do that... You will lose money, profit and the value of your vision. Use wisdom in matters. Stop allowing consumers to walk off with the value of your vision and product.


Be willing to lose some business in order to attract new business and consumers and followers to your product that APPRECIATE the quality of your Vision and product. People will ALWAYS find something to complain about even when shopping or supporting your Vision for whatever reason.πŸ˜‚ Don't let the chatter of complaints keep you from preserving the quality of your vision. Some people are just trying to get something of quality and value for a little bit of nothing. MANIPULATORS. I done seen it all.πŸ€£πŸ‘€πŸ€¦‍♀️

Focus on ALL the people who are happy with your vision, instead of the handful that are not. Your vision is THRIVING because you believe in your vision and the many happy consumers and followers that believe in your vision not the one's complaining.🀣 I tell you what I know.

Most times, as a leader and visionary you are right not the customer. No matter how upset they consumer becomes, from the top down, you as a team and leader, have to stand by your brand and its principles. Not happy? Oh well. 

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. There are PLENTY of others to choose from.πŸ˜‚πŸ‘πŸ’― DON'T CAVE IN. RISE ABOVE THE CONSUMER FOR NOW ON.

Leaders and visionaries as you meet the demand of the people, remember they are paying for and investing in the QUALITY of the product not just your NAME or LOGO. DON'T GO CHEAP just to get ahead. Eventually going cheaper begins to show in the quality of your product and vision and your supporters will eventually dwindle and the Vision will eventually become obsolete. 


Balance the demand and the quality in order to preserve the value and the vision. Never be afraid of pruning back, because you will have lean seasons and more abundant seasons. That's just part of the economy and the agriculture within the culture.

With every pruning... You will have multiplication. It's a divine law. You trim away the unproductivity to make way for new growth. You cannot time these things unfortunately, but you can rest assure that if you are willing to prune back, you will incur a harvest at the appropriate time.

When you do your part... God will do His part. Don't give into the pressures of proving your worth. That only leads to missteps, stress and unnecessary efforts in the wrong direction.πŸ‘€

Stay on track, prune back the distractions, cut off the noise and FOCUS. Focus on maintaining while God propels you to a new level and dimension of THRIVING beyond your prior seasons and beyond what you thoughts was possible for your life.
