THE PURSUIT OF BEING PERFECT WHILE IMPERFECT/Rashea@LLO2 Academy Youth Edition

Is perfection even possible? Is it logical? Yes and yes. In this sense of perfection it is.

Be perfect. Sounds impossible. Right?

But perfection is doable. Everyone has flaws and everyone falls short from time to time. However, growing up and making better decisions and actually becoming a better person is reasonable and achievable.

It will require hard work on your part, but it can be done. In some instances growth and development is involuntary and other times it's all you boo.πŸ˜‚ It's funny, but it's true.

Don't strive to be perfect. Heck. Don't strive to be anything. Take strides in becoming who you are born to be.

Striving requires strain, tension and stress to reach a greater level and degree of success. While taking strides require you putting in the work and focusing on what it takes to become who you are meant to be and want to become in stages and steps. Striving implies stress along your journey.πŸ™ƒ Oh no. No stress.🀣 STRIDES.

The Bible encourages us to be perfect as God the Father is perfect. Am I implying that it's possible to be God? Geesh, no. Not at all. That is totally impossible, but we can be like God.πŸ‘πŸ’―

We can model how He is in His nature by how we live each day in our everyday lives as human beings. We can be mature. We can be a better person. We can be a person of good character.

We can learn from our life lessons and continue in what works and discontinue in what does not. THIS perspective and commandment of perfection is achievable not just periodically but all the time. Daily we can get better, stronger, wiser, more adaptable to change and making changes. We can be more courageous and less anxious and stressed out over things that don't even matter or that's beyond our capacity to change in our own strength.

Life can and will get better, but first things first, believe that it's possible, and start acting in faith and in the favor of what you believe. "I can do ALL things through Christ Who empowers me to act, to think and to speak my reality and His truth over my life.
