VISIONARY & LEADER BY DESIGN/Rashea@LLO2 Academy
I am woman, but I am, also, a visionary called to pioneer a new frontier of I'm possible and to introduce and to establish what is possible through Christ and hard work. God gives us all a purpose. He gives us all the ability to do and to accomplish our purpose as we trust Him.
Mediocrity? I settled in my heart and mind years ago that mediocrity is not an option for me. I have been groomed to be a person of excellence and to push the status quo of what is possible and acceptable as a visionary and leader.
I allow God to guide me. I allow my core values and the Word of God to keep me grounded. And I allow the Holy Spirit to empower me and to instruct me.
I utilize my experiences as a ladder to the next level and the next dimension not a ceiling of limitation and impossibility. Transitions are inevitable. How you transition is up to you.
With 20 years of leadership under my belt, I understand that vision takes time, hard work, great patience, perseverance, obedience to God, long hours, selflessness, flexibility and resourcefulness. Use what you have now to get to where you want to be tomorrow and in the future. Don't count the steps. Just take them.
Every effort toward reaching your goals, dreams and your fullest potential matters and is helpful. Seek God's advice. Ask Him to show you, to teach you and to help you to be impactful.
Envision your success. Envision your impact. Pray the Word of God over yourself and your entire life. Let vision and what you envision drive you to success and to balance, when obtaining the success you desire and need.
We need visionaries. We need strong and healthy leaders. We need dimension and reformation, and visionaries and good leaders are constructed to be that and to do just that.
Never allow others inability to see your vision or their inability to envision a brighter future hinder your ability, capacity and faith to believe in God, yourself or your vision.
The Bible is clear. Without vision, without perspective and without insight people are prone to fail and to perish. So, write out your vision and clearly map it out. Though it seems that nothing is happening now... at the appointed time and moment... it will come to pass.
Work on your vision diligently. BELIEVE in your vision. And trust God with the process of your vision.
When you are faithful over the small things... God will entrust you with greater endeavors. Do all you do to honor God first. Trust that He will bless your labor of love, hard work and diligence.
Stay the course. Maintain a positive attitude. Moreover, never give up on what you are passionate about.
When it burns in your heart and it drives you to peace and fulfillment... It is your purpose, and it is worth the effort and the extra time. Everyone who ever became great or created something of world renown did so by first having a vision or a dream and putting forth the hard work and effort needed to make their vision, dreams and goals a reality.
