LIVING BEYOND HOPE/Rashea@LLO2 Academy
Yes. Actually you can. Will trumps hope.
You may not always want to do something, but you can be determined to do something. You will yourself to victory when the desire to do so fails you.
You don't always want to say, do or think the right things. You discipline yourself to say, do or think the right things. You pull on your inner strength or inner will to accomplish the tasks at hand.
If you base your life on hope (desire) alone, you are screwed. You have to practice the discipline of inner will to fulfill your dreams, your tasks and your vision.
The Bible says, "Without a vision the people perish." But I tell you without the inner will to do something, you won't succeed.
Desire alone is not enough. You must act as a result of inner discipline. Discipline yourself to do what's in your heart to do, and do it with all your might, in good moments and in challenging moments.
Live everyday by faith and by will. Don't depend on your physical strength alone, but your inner strength that stems from the heart and soul. Trust that with God, there is nothing that you put your will to that you cannot achieve and excel in.
Drive forward with discipline at will not desire alone. Live by will not hope alone. Will it, and you can do it.
