Praying Is Healthy/Rashea@LLO2 Academy

Follow the way of God each day with prayer as your go to. Jesus began His day with prayer and he ended the day with prayer. Walk with God throughout the day in prayer. Be mindful of Him in prayer and through prayer all day and everyday.

When you feel led to pray within... Pray. Often times, it's the Holy Spirit's protection for us and others. It's a time of intercession, of standing in the gap for whatever the Holy Spirit sees and we sense within.

The Bible says, "Jesus woke up very early in the morning to spend some time in prayer with God the Father." Turns out... He was seeking God the Father about His purpose and for direction.

Jesus knew exactly what to do, because He invited God the Father into His day and His purpose. Life is so much easier when we seek God first. When we make God a priority, He will make us a priority and guide our way.

Jesus made God the Father a top priority. He sought the counsel of God through prayer. "Father, what is it You will have Me to do next?" That's wise. That's wisdom.

God made us for His purposes. So, it is only right to seek Him for what is best throughout our day and for our lives. Whatever He says, just do it. He knows all things. He knows what is best.

Prayer and God's answers will sometimes come with stretching our faith to believe Him for more and to do more or to do less. Trust God in the season that you are in. Sometimes more or less requires taking a new pathway and learning new skills or just learning how to rest in God and allowing Him to refuel you and retool your life for the season you are in or are entering.

Trusting God through the rest, resets and redirections of our lives is all apart of becoming. Becoming requires more prayer, more faith and the willingness to become more despite the discomforts of not always knowing what all God is doing and the stretching of our faith.

What is prayer?

Prayer is you having a conversation with God. And yes, God does hear us when we pray. And yes, God does respond to our prayers according to His will and His Word when we pray.

Any concerns we have should be directed to God first. Jesus prayed so much and saw so many results from His prayer life that His disciples asked Him to teach them how to pray effectively. And He did.

Prayer is not always about us unloading on God. Prayer is, also, about being mindful of God. We should acknowledge God as God the Father in our prayers. This establishes God more personally as our heavenly Father. And God is a good Father to His children.

We can trust Him. We can come to Him no matter what our concerns are, our status is or where we are in life. God wants to be involved in every area of your lives.

Our earthly friends and family may not always understand, and sometimes even the best mentors don't always have the right answers in the moment, but God does. God will help us. He will direct our pathway just like the Word of God says.

It is so HEALTHY to have a prayer life. A life where we are aware of God as God the Father. A life that centers our existence and our world.

Why complain? Just go to God, and let Him direct your path to divine peace and victory in and through Him. He will help you and guide you to and through a good pathway in life and in Christ.
