I use to eat this. I use to drink this. Well ladies, as our bodies change we cannot eat and drink things we once did, but you can make the necessary adjustments and alternate your diet to still be a pleasant one.
It doesn't start in your 40's. Actually our bodies start changing in our mid to late 20's. PAY ATTENTION to what your body is communicating.
Live long. Live strong is my life model. Even certain vegetables and fruits you once ate freely can be rejected by your body, because chemically and harmonally our bodies are changing.
If it bothers your balance in spirit, soul and body, abstain from it. I learned I can't have iceberg lettuce anymore at 40.π WHAT?! I know.π€¦♀️
I have been eating iceberg lettuce all my life, but for some reason it bothers my body. Green leaf lettuce? Sure! But not iceberg lettuce.πππ€£
In my 30's it was no more chicken. What? No more chicken. My body rejects it. I haven't ate chicken in at least 6 or 7 years now. I know. I beat the black man's myth.ππ€£
PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BODY. Live a life filled with healthier choices and be a healthier you. And I will say this... Once you detox your body of processed foods... Try to eat more at home or healthy on the move for your health sake. Amen.
