Picking Up the Peaces/Rashea@LLO2 Academy
I don't want to focus on a world full of pieces but rather peace. Our lives are so much more than challenges all the time. Get centered and allow God's peace to center you and guide your day and how you respond to the day.
Breathe... Flexible.
Don't be so rigid. Be flexible. Our lives will always require some level of flexibility to produce the right outcome.
Focus... Calmness.
Stay calm and breathe. Deep breathes are scientifically helpful. Remaining calm and taking deep rhythmic breaths really does ease the tension one may encounter mentally, physically and emotionally. Remaining calm and taking deep breaths helps to reduce stress and distress.
Posture... Undisturbed.
"God has not given you the spirit of fear but an attitude of power, love and mental and emotional fortitude." Control your thoughts and emotions, and don't let negative thoughts, emotions or challenges control you. Walk in a motion and pulse of being and feeling undisturbed as you focus on God's Word and daily solutions throughout your day.
Recline... Rest
Take time to unwind your mind and replenish your spirit, soul and body with positive meditation, leisure and sleep. Oh. Did I say sleep?ππ€£
I know life is busy and bustling with to-do's, but get some sleep. Sometimes 8 hours is unrealistic in the modern world we live in. So here is a helpful method. Try to at least get 5-6 hours of sleep and take a couple of 10-20 minute power naps. Power naps work wonders!
Initiate... Teamwork
Teamwork really does make the dream work. Furthermore, teamwork enacts peace between all parties present. Take the initiative to do not only your part but to fill in the gaps when and as needed.
Never be afraid to learn new methods and knowledge. The greater your knowledge and skill level the more effective and efficient your part will be. Be peaceful and at peace as you do your tasks and go about your day.
No one wants to be around people who complain all the time about everything.π That disrupts the flow of harmony, focus and productivity. Pray more than you complain. It is so helpful.
Resolved... Refined
The Bible instructs us to grow up in all things. Maturity is essential to being your best self and at peace with yourself and others. We are refined through challenges, but after being refined, let that god character shine through.
Be at peace and not in pieces. Live in oneness with God, yourself and others. Peace.
