The Surety of Leadership/Rashea@LLO2 Academy
When you are not sure about what tasks to take on or what route to take, pray about it. Get clarity. Seek God for sound counsel & who, what and where to get sound counsel from.
Your success in leadership will be the result of your decisions, what decisions you make, and when and how you make them. Your decisions will initiate your actions. The right decisions will result in the right actions. The right actions will result in the right outcome.
You will feel pressure to go against your inner conscious and inner instinct. Don't give in to the pressure to retract from what will bring the right outcome. Push back with the right decisions.
You will not always see the results of your decision right away, but eventually you will. The progress is in the fulfillment of the process. All processes have an end and an outcome. KEEP GOING!
The surety of your behavior after making the right decisions will also impact the outcome. Remain resolute in your character. We all battle will fear, doubt, frustration and discouragement from time to time, but when dealing with these emotions... let God's Word and grace take the lead to keep your emotions and your behavior in check.
People are looking at you for guidance, leadership and, also, as a sure guide through the challenges of leadership. Lead through your right experiences & knowledge coupled with guidance from God and refined skills you have mastered over time. Everyone will always have a suggestion on now you should lead and what you should do, but do what's right and stay authentic to your approach to leadership and who you are as a person.
People want to follow leaders who may not know all the answers, but are sure of the answers they do know. People want to follow leaders who may not know every route, but are sure of the route they are on and the route others are following them on. People want to follow leaders who when they are not sure of something, they take time to solidify their logic, explaination and leadership that leads all following them to good success and prosperity.
