Christianity; Many Paths but One Way/Rashea@LLO2 Academy

In a world with SO many philosophical views, I deem the principles of God's Word the highest most accurate Truth (Luke 21:33). I deem the Word of God important not on the basis of religion, but rather on the basis of a personal relationship with Jesus (John 3:16-17). In no way is Christianity another religion. Christianity is the manifestation of the Kingdom of God on the earth (2Corinthians 4:7).

In the Bible, Christianity is called "the Way". I believe it is the book of Jeremiah that reveals that there are many paths, but there is only one ancient pathway (Jeremiah 6:16). The Bible exhorts us to "walk in the Way that leads to life (Matthew 7:13-14)." Jesus reveals, "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one can approach or be in right relationship with God the Father accept through Jesus the Son (John 14:6)." The Bible also says, "You will hear a voice saying, "This is the Way; walk in It (Isaiah 30:21)."

So how in the world can we conclude that Christianity is another religion and that the Bible is just another Book? Based on the Scriptures, we cannot. Christianity itself is an extension of Jesus Himself. [Christ]ianity. Christ in us. The Way in us. The Way, Christ living in us.

Christianity is the ONLY Way that leads to eternal life after death (1Corinthians 15). Think about that.πŸ€”πŸ’ Religion is a path that has many beliefs and even benefits to some extent, but the path of religion or philosophy or even anti-belief in any religion does not lead to Jesus. All other religions in all actuality lead to a dead end in the end. Let that sink in.πŸ™ƒ

Christianity liberates. "You shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall set you free (John 8:32)." Jesus is the Truth (Ephesians 4:21). Jesus declared, "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life (John 14:6)...". Since Jesus IS the Truth, it is Jesus Who liberates you in deed, in thought and in His Word and through Himself (the Word made to take on human form) (Colossians 1:15).

Religion restricts. It's bondage. It's a set of traditions and manmade laws (coupled with the Word of God and human opinions) that are impossible to keep perfectly. Jesus reveals this in the Bible rebuking the religious leaders in the church for enforcing religious protocols that they themselves do not uphold (Luke 11:37–54 and Matthew 23:1–39. Mark 12:35–40 and Luke 20:45–47).

Christianity reveals and extends the needed grace that religion selfishly withholds (Romans 3, 5 & 6). Christianity ushers us into the Way of grace that leads us to a position and posture of right standing with God, sonship (sons and daughters of God) and a closer relationship with Jesus as our Lord and Savior (Ephesians 1). Christianity is Christ dwelling within us (John 14:23).

Christ is interconnected with us. Christianity is a one-on-one relationship with Jesus where Truth is revealed, faith is built, hopes are fulfilled, lives are transformed and God is glorified. Christianity is a collaboration with Jesus. We are co-laborers with Jesus. It's a partnership (1Corinthians 3:9, chapter 12).

Jesus entrust us to carry out His Kingdom business. He said in John 4:34-38)... I and other believers started the work, but you are going to carry it on and finish the work (through your personal assignment that I will give to each and every one of you individually).

We can all be on the same team, going the same way with one common goal, but our roles and even passion to do all these things will vary from person to person. Romans says, "God has appointed each of us, individually, a measure of faith." 1Corinthians 12 emphasizes, "We are one body but many members with different functions within one body... the Body of Christ."

The Apostle Paul reveals that it is the smaller, more minute parts that are actually the most important parts of the body. The parts we cover up. The parts of the body we sometimes overlook or don't see as significant.

This reveals the mind of Christ towards the body. It's in reverse; the least to the greatest.
Jesus sees things differently. It's the nerves, cells, protein, the electrolytes, the smallest toe or even the pores of our skin that' we don't think too much about that Paul reveals are the MOST significant. Jesus takes the smallest most minute component to keep an entire infrastructure functioning properly.

That's the awe of God. What we deem foolish or not logical is the very thing Jesus takes to baffle the concepts, hypothesis, philosophical views and theories of what we as mere humans deem is right or reasonable. God weighs our laid out facts derived of concepts, hypothesis, philosophical views and theories against the Truth (Divine Law and the Divine Origin of God). Which do you think carries the most weight, or will have the greatest impact?

Okay. Let's lay it out there. Human wisdom versus godly Wisdom. Human wisdom according to 1Corinthians 1 is the origin and order of mankind or humanity. Godly wisdom is the origin of Christ. Christ IS the Wisdom of God.

Human wisdom is temporal. Godly wisdom is eternal, never ending, never expiring. Godly wisdom's beginning is God and it's middle and end is God Who has no end.

Now what wisdom are you LEANING on (relying on, trusting in, courageously defending)? Is it human wisdom which is temporal, always changing, has an expiration date? Or is it godly wisdom which NEVER changes but has the ability to change us?

Christianity is then a Way of life in Jesus (John 15:1-8). Christianity is the Wisdom of Jesus in us. Christianity is the Way and Wisdom of God Who is Jesus changing us into His origin, moment by moment, as we walk daily in Him and with Him the Way (Ephesians 4:22-24, 5:1; 1Peter 1:13-15).
