Leadership... Contemplative Resolution/Rashea@LLO2 Academy

Leadership is not about running from problems but rather solving them through contemplative resolution.

Contemplative resolution and conflict resolution. In order to resolve any manner of conflict or challenges, there has to be some kind of and some level of contemplative resolution.

Contemplative resolution is to ponder, to think of our to brainstorm effective ways to resolve problems, conflicts, crisis, challenges or confrontations in an analytical and thorough manner.

Contemplative resolution is to seek out answers to problems or challenges by weighing the pros and cons and seeing the whole picture.

Effective solutions are the results of contemplative resolution. Contemplation does not communicate indecision or restlessness in one's thoughts. Contemplation is the act of thinking things through thoroughly versus impulsively.
Thorough analytics lead to answers and workable solutions, while impulsion only leads to more problems than before.

Contemplation does not communicate the hesitation to act but rather the consideration to the details. Contemplation is the process and act of coming up with the best solution in the here and now for the present and the future. Contemplative resolution is about asking the question, "What will be the best solution right now that will enable progression and the right results and disable and dissolve regression and growing or ongoing problems?"

You cannot get from point A to point B effectively without some level of contemplative resolution. Visions, corporations, organizations and leadership teams, great and small, success and prosperity level is built on the foundation and principles of contemplative resolution. If you fail to contemplate thoroughly, you will fail to resolve conflicts and challenges effectively.

Before Jesus EVER spoke or created the heavens and the earth and all of creation, God contemplated what needed to be done to restore order back to the earth, after the devastation Satan and the fallen angels brought to it after their own fall from divinity and grace in heaven. God gathered the Team of leadership and said, "Let Us make man in our image and likeness, and let them have dominion over creation and all the earth (Genesis 1:26-28)." Yes. We are right to accredit Jesus (God the Son) for speaking creation into a right existence from an eternal prospective. However, we must, also, accredit His contemplative resolution.

The Bible clearly says, "God looked over the earth and saw that it was without form and void (without divine light and creative life). God looked, God observered, and then God spoke. We cannot accurately resolve anything without first:

.Seeing the conflict.
.Contemplating a plan of action.
.Speaking forth the solution.

Leaders who see but fail to thoroughly observe or speak forth the solution will fail.

Leaders who are great at seeing the conflict and contemplating a plan of action but don't speak forth the solution and act on it, will fail.

Leaders who speak forth a solution without beholding thoroughly the issues... will fail.

Your prosperity and success level and depth is centered around and based on your ability to see, contemplate, speak forth and act on a workable solution.
