Long Term Values/Rashea@LLO2 Academy

Keep the same good values that make you great at your core, but improve yourself regularly. Challenge yourself daily, moment by moment to become a better version of yourself. Challenge your weaknesses. Work to make your weaknesses strengths.

Can't change? That's absurd. We all have the capacity, will and liberty to change on some level.

As the Bible says, We go from faith to faith; from glory to glory; from strength to strength through Jesus." Physical strength is good in many ways. However, the inner person of your will, heart, conscience, mind, intellect, emotions, thoughts, memory and conscious are expedient and good in all things.

What makes you good? Consistency in applying and believing in the right principles and concepts. What enables you to change yet stay true to your right beliefs, conduct and yourself in accordance to those foundational beliefs? Consistency in applying and believing in the right principles and concepts. It's the belief that you can improve without compromising your values to do it.

So what is your value system? What things are you willing to do? What things are you not willing to do no matter the circumstances?

These questions are important to note and to know, when you have a vision, mission and you are living out your life on a daily basis. These questions empower your goals, prosperity and success. These questions anchor you in challenges and sustain you in your success.

These questions limit your mistakes, sins and failures. These questions empower your daily progression and productivity. These questions hold you accountable to pleasing God.

You can change and improve your values. You can change and improve your thoughts and behavior. You can change and improve yourself for the better.

It's right to stay around people, places and things that make you better. It's right to stay around people that have values themselves. It's right to stay around people, places and things that hold you accountable to some degree for improving yourself.

When you stop improving, you stop your potential to be successful on a higher level. When you stop improving, you put up a wall that keeps you from knowing what is on the other side of you putting forth the effort to be successful. Let me say this. You never have to compromise who and what you are to become successful.

God honors integrity. People will tell you, if you don't do this this way or their way that you will never be prosperous or successful. The Bible notes Job on holding on to his integrity, no matter what was going on in his life (Job 23:8-10, 27:5-6). The reward? Read Job 42. God is still the same God that works in different situations to give you double for your trouble when you hold onto your integrity.

Don't sneak in the back door or side door of success, because if you get caught. Be willing to stand in line and wait and have a clear conscious knowing that you held onto your integrity. When the message and instructions are not clear on your assignment, abstain from proceeding forward until your can get the right answers and clarity.

Never assume. Ask God for wisdom and guidance in every circumstance and situation. One misstep can cause you a heap of trouble, regression and regret.

Moreover, make sure the assignment is a God assignment. I was taught in my journey of leadership that every good thing isn't always a God thing. In other words, just because it's right doesn't always mean it's right for you.

Tight? No. I just know that doing life God's way is the best way. Not the only way, but the best way. Pursue prosperity and success in your life that last God's way.

Note: The same people that criticize you for doing things right are the same people who will condemn you when you fail and do things all wrong.

Don't allow people to play games with your life, vision or mission. Stay on task. Stay on the path God has you on.

Remember. Maintain sound values at your core that keep you constistent, anchored and flexible under any given circumstance or situation, but never stay on the same level of improvement you were on in prior times. Life requires us to improve and to make changes in all areas of our lives in different ways on different days. Just do what is right and what is essential to keep you moving ahead and moving up in life and in Christ.
