Problem-Solving God's Way/Rashea@LLO2 Academy

Who is mentoring you? Who are you following? Where are you receiving the information fueling you and feeding you?
Is the information valid or from a reliable source?πŸ€”πŸ’πŸ‘€

You are a product of those you follow.  Read, discern and apply what is essential. Applying everything you read and hear from a reliable source in books, podcasts, blogs and vlogs isn't necessary or logical. However, the right information and application is.

Follow those that bear fruit. Follow those who have some level of excellence and application. Follow those who help others and not just themselves.

For every problem that you encounter, there is a workable solution. The solution may require you stretching pass what is familiar and your comfort zones of conformity. The right solutions are always needful and helpful.

Teams who fight change will always lag behind. It's like working off a 2007 Dell in 2023.πŸ™ƒ Let that sink in.πŸ‘€

Oh my goodness. Oh my goodness again. Stay current. Stay flexible.

I am not telling you not to weigh in and analyze the information, but don't be the one who always fights change. That's not good nor is it healthy. Leaders need teams who adapt well to the evolution of the vision without looking at every decision as a risk of defeat or danger.

That is fear. God has not given us the spirit of fear, but power, love and a sound understanding," to make the right decisions and to improve the world around us. Amen.

While reading chapter 5 of John C. Maxwell's book on leadership, I noted a few things on problems and problem solving.

.Problems are inevitable. When they occur take action immediately.

.We all have problem areas. Take heart. You can change. Your weaknesses can become strengths when you work at them.

.When your perspective changes, your problems will align to the solution.

.Although problems will occur, don't create unnecessary problems or put up with problems too long . Find a workable solution and extinguish the problems speedily.

.Lingering problems can cause more problems. Create a healthy environment to give your team and vision the appropriated chances for good success, prosperity and cohesiveness.

.Lingering problems can hinder solutions. Establish boundaries and move forward with your vision and mission.

.Change your mindset and beliefs. Problems are never okay. Problems were never God's plan.

.Problems are from Satan.

.Solutions are from God.

.Satan is a trouble maker, but God is a problem solver.

.Stay away from people who make you feel that you have to put up with problems, because you don't. That's not God's will and that is selfish and toxic thinking.

.Problems can be reduced and eliminated by making the right changes that reduce unhealthy risks and situations.

.Stop curing symptoms. Tackle the problems. Change lives at the root by curing the problems at the root.

.Any time a problem reaches the highest level of authority and leadership, it is the result of the lower levels of leadership failing to resolve the issue and meet the individuals requests, concerns and/or complaints effectively and efficiently.

.Some problems can only be resolved only on the highest level.

.Helping to solve problems will require getting to know people.

.When leaders on the lower levels of leadership fail to resolve problems, consumers will ask for the one calling the shots or superior to them. When the situation is out of your hands, step back and let your superiors resolve the issue.

Leaders. Train your leaders to echo your approach to leadership in their individuality. Moses leaders were effective and efficient leaders that were an extension of his leadership. Moses was successful as a leader because of God and Jethro.

I encourage every leader in headship to read Exodus 18. What characteristics do you want echoed throughout your leadership team that is a healthy extension of you? What unhealthy characteristics do you need to eliminate that is infecting the team?πŸ‘€ Find your balance in solving problems through the right balance of revelation and healthy and helpful information.
