You have to take the initiative to keep learning. Lean your proclivity into right knowledge and understanding, and then apply them. Account for the time that you spend in setting goals, obtaining your goals and maintaining your goals.
It is your responsibility to ask God to reveal His Vision for your life. Be willing to revamp the vision when needed, as God leads. Every Vision will require adjustments. So get use to making them.
Write the Vision, and make it plan. Draw from God's Spirit into your spirit. Cultivate and nurture what He shows you and tells you visually and by heeding His Voice as He speaks to you.
God said to Moses, "Stick to the blueprint (vision) which I have revealed insightfully and personally to you on the mountain." -Exodus 25:40; Hebrews 8:5-6
A nation without God's guidance (vision) is a nation without order. Happy are those who keep God's law! -Proverbs 29:18/GNT
My people are destroyed because they lack wisdom (knowledge, vision, revelation, competence)... -Hosea 4:6
God's Word translation says in Hosea 4:6, "God's people willfully choose ignorance or to be ignorant of what is true or right."👀 They refuse to apply right or true guidance, wisdom, revelation, knowledge or Vision. God's people are rejecting what is right and true on purpose.🙃👀🙃👀
You have blind guides leading the blind. Leaders are choosing to be ignorant of God's revealation, instructions and directions. Their mindset is, "God I got this. I can do this without you or better than you."🙃🤦♀️👀 Oh my God.
Now THAT is dangerous on any level of leadership or Christianity. Jesus said, " I only do what my Father says (knowledge, wisdom, guidance, vision) and what my Father does (the blueprint, insight, revelation, creative power, vision). To do the opposite of what God says or does is blatant disobedience and usurping authority.👀 Let that sink in.
Usurping authority is willfully rebellion against given instrustions, directions or a command. Are you guilty of doing what you want when you want to? Proverbs 29:18 communicates such behavior as being wild, without self-control or without self-restraint.👀
People who are bent on going in the wrong direction will not only lead themselves to destruction and ruin but those that follow them.👀🙃 Let that sink in. The Bible says, Get wisdom, get intelligence: forget [it] not; neither decline from the words of my mouth (Proverbs 4:5/DBY).
You cannot reciprocate or replicate what you do not know and what you do not have. If you do not have vision, guidance, right knowledge or wisdom... you cannot create it. If vision, guidance, right knowledge and wisdom is not in your spirit, you cannot distribute it efficiently or effectively. Moreover, if you reject or rebel against godly wisdom, guidance, knowledge or revelation... you cannot reciprocate or replicate them efficiently or effectively.
Vision requires knowledge. Vision requires revelation or insight. Vision requires the functions of your soul (the mind, intellect, conscious, memory) and your spirit (the heart, the will, the life force (ruach) and the conscience).
Your spirit has the capacity and ability to create or distribute godly guidance, wisdom, innovation, revelation and knowledge. If you create from your spirit, then you speak from your spirit and reciprocate and replicate the Kingdom of God. You have the capacity to produce without boundaries or boarders, because you are seated in dimensions with Jesus (Ephesians 1:20-21, 2:4-7) that are superior to realms.
On the contrary, if you speak from your flesh (the body, carnality) you will reciprocate and replicate ignore, dark knowledge or dark enlightenment, destruction and the limitations of humanity subjected to the capacity of producing on the level of the earth realm.
Dimensions are eternal portals that lead into greater portals of eternity and divinity in the spirit found in God.
Realms are boundaries and boarders that govern vertically and horizontally the various planets and galaxies numerically, geometrically and in diameter created by God.
Through Christ Jesus we have the capacity and ability to govern realms and to reciprocate and replicate beyond realms, because we are dimensionally interconnected to Christ Jesus in heavenly places. To produce from our spirit is to produce from the eternal dimensions of God. These are the storehouses, treasuries and eternal labs of God. This is the dimensions of signs, miracles and wonders.
Christian leadership is you reciprocating and replicating the Kingdom of God from your spirit within dimensions in Christ Jesus. Solutions are distributed from dimensions in the Spirit to your spirit. As a Christian leader, rather in the marketplace or in the church world... You are to live from the dimension of God's Spirit and Kingdom to your spirit and the earth.
