Is God the Head of Your Life?/Rashea@LLO2 Academy

Where is God in your life? Is He in front of you? Is He beside you? Is He behind you? Or is He under you?


The correct answer is all the above. God is in front of you as divine Guidance. God is beside you as a constant Companion. God is behind you as a divine Protector. God is under you upholding you and keeping you steady no matter what season of life you are in.

The Bible says in Exodus that God went before the children of Israel. He was a Cloud by day and a Fire by night. God never sends us on a journey by ourselves. He is there every step of the way, leading us and guiding us.

The Bible in the Book of Proverbs encourages us not to think that our own competence and human wisdom is suffice. We are exhorted to seek the guidance of God in all things, and He will guide our direction. Even when making plans, the Book of Proverbs exhorts us to leave room for God to make adjustments along the way. God's plans are best!👍🏾💯

"The steps of a good person are ordered by the Lord." God has planned a good outcome for you as you trust His guidance. Stay steadfast in the Way of God, the Will of God and the Word of God. 

Pray. Take time to talk to God. Communicate then listen. Listen then communicate back to God.

Be honest with God. Pour your heart out before Him. God can handle it. Trust me.

We all need a good listener every once in a while. God is just that. He invites us to confidently and courageously come before His throne and lay out our requests before Him. He will surely answer us in our time of need.

Make it a priority to talk to God. Take some notes. Write down what he says to you. Then prayerfully with the leading of the Holy Spirit, put what He says to action.

You want to know where God is in your life? That is up to you to decide. It is you that must choose to make God the head of your life not the tail end.

We all need to assess where God is in our lives. Once we locate where He is... make it a goal to make Him first. Not second and not last, but first.
