Nip It In the Bud Immediately!
Okay. We might just all allow someone to say something side ways and just let it go over our heads every once in a while. But come on. When a person continues to target you... It's intentional and must be confronted immediately.
Allowing people to continue to walk all over you is never okay or acceptable. When a person or people continue to disrespect you... Remove yourself from their presence. Tolerating disrespectful comments and behavior that undermines your integrity, competence or your value as a human being is unacceptable.
Stay around people who challenge you to keep growing and moving forward, but value your presence. Stay around people who get you. Trust me... It will be a bigger percentage who get you than the lies you were told.
There are good people in the world who love being positive and being around positive and like minded people. Everyone isn't derived from the core of indifference, bitterness and misery. They say misery loves company. Well... I say so does calm, joy and laughter!😊
The same people who shout you are over reacting to their negativity... are the same people who lose it when they are mistreated or disrespected.😂🤣 People are a mess!🙃 Say what needs to be said, and Keep moving forward.👍🏾💯
If you prove to be hateful... I will avoid you! If you prove to undermine the good nature of my proven character... I will avoid you! If you jeopardize the well being of those I hold dear or this vision... I will avoid you!
If you are overly critical and rarely have anything positive to say... I will avoid you! If you and I prove time and time again to not see eye to eye... I will avoid you for peace sake!
If you are a stressful person to deal with... I will avoid you! If you twist the truth... I will avoid you! If you are from the past... I will most definitely avoid you!
I will not tolerate oppression! I will not tolerate racism! I will not tolerate inferiority!
