Leadership Clusters... Build Up. Branch Out. -Rashea@LLO2 Academy

Q. Can you be impactful alone as a leader?

A. Yes, you can!

Q. Can you be effective as a team of leaders?

A. Well... that all depends on who's on your team.

It's difficult to be effective as a whole if everyone is not on the same page pertaining to the overall vision.

It's difficult to lead leaders who are contrary to the vision and/or the team. It's difficult to lead leaders who are not willing to follow good leadership or who have their own side agendas.πŸ‘€ It's difficult to lead leaders who are on the wrong teams and positions.πŸ™ƒ

Author and National Speaker John C. Maxwell teaches leaders who spearhead corporations, departments, organizations, staffing, administrations and community outreach on every level to put their teams in the right positions and equip them to do their roles effectively and efficiently. Have you heard the saying, "Your attitude impacts your altitude?" Well... it's true!

The attitude you possess... good or bad... impacts not only you, but it can impact the entire team... good or bad. Check the attitude tempo of your team individually as well as a cluster. The goal is to build healthy, vibrant and productive clusters of teams.

How do we as leaders achieve this? Build up. Branch out.

Build up the morale of each cluster of your teams. Then, bravely branch out to retrieve fresh concepts and principles beyond your own comfort zones and spheres. Ask yourself as head leaders and leaders spearheading teams... what are other organizations and corporations doing that can keep us relevant?

Plan a leadership meeting or trip out for a day or two to see how to grow your communities, corporations, organizations and relationships with others. Plan team building events, and make them fun!πŸŽ‰ Have mandatory monthly and quarterly meetings not just to discuss issues but to discuss HEALTHY SOLUTIONS. No one wants to be at a meeting where people complain for a hour with no helpful solutions.πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ™ƒ I'm just saying.πŸ€£πŸ˜‚

Get around the right networks and put your own spin on these ideas within your own clusters of leadership. See how you can incorporate fresh concepts into your ever growing needs as your communities, corporations, families and organizations grow and evolve. The key is healthy growth not just growth.

Diversify. There should be some level of diversity within your clusters, yet harmonious uniformity from males, females, hair colors🀣, nationalities and ideas. Even if people have different ideas to grow the clusters and the culture... those ideas should yet work harmoniously well together. In other words... those ideas should support and grow the vision and the morale of the team.

Diversify and then unify. Maintain cohesion within the cluster. Where there is much quarreling... there will be tension and division. Remember this sound principle. "A cluster (team) divided cannot endure long. However... a cluster (team) united will last and accomplish great things!"
