Moving In the Flow of My Own Life Course
Good health is to exist, but not only to exist but to live. Good health is to live with the existence of knowing who you are for yourself. When you are anchored in who and what you are, it is not difficult to be yourself. It is not difficult to stay on course.
Your life course will look different than others, but that's okay. Your course is not engineered to look like everyone else's. Your course is your course, constructed for you to do and to fulfill.
Our life's course is engineered and constructed to compliment our personality. Our life course is God's will for our lives. So, how will you know if you are moving in your life's course? Well, let me ask you this question. Are you moving in the flow of your personality or against it?
So often, people change who they are outwardly to fit other's preferences, opinions and persona's of them. This is the wrong approach and the wrong mindset. Caring more about other's opinions than God's will for your life will hinder you from walking successfully in the channel of your life's course. Other people's opinions can also hinder you from receiving God's best for your life.
Esteeming the opinions of peers, colleagues and critics can lead to inner frustration, tension, sadness disappointment and/or stress. Have you ever been groomed to do something or to say something and thought to yourself, "This isn't me?" Well, in this instance, it is obvious that you are moving against God's will and your life's course to appease other people.
When you are yourself in a healthy way and you are organically walking in your life's course, you will do less apologizing for your decisions and actions. You will have greater confidence and productivity in your life and in your day. God will even bring the right resources, people, places and things around you to help you accomplish your life's course effectively and efficiently.
You don't have to compromise to be healthy, adequate or to do what God has called you to do. Maintain your integrity and your inner peace. The right people are in the right proximity to help you. God will always have an Aaron and a Hur to help you get the job done.
When Moses got tired, Aaron and Hur were right there to anchor the weight of the assignment. Aaron and Hur represent Kingdom reinforcers. They communicate strength and fulfillment.
Going Against the Grain
So, what is good health? Good health is you being true to you. Even if being your true self is going against the grain.
To go against the grain isn't courage.π€£ To go against the grain in order to maintain your integrity is wisdom. Sometimes it is easier to go against the grain than to go along with the crowd.π Thank ya!π♀️π€£
When people see that you are bold enough to be yourself, that's when you will hear the chatter. "Ignore the chatter." It's only a vice to weaken your ability to accomplish your life's course.
I want to encourage you to get out of the fish bowl, and stay out. Well, where are you going to go? That's up to you and God.
May I suggest a lake or river, or perhaps even the sea or the ocean. For Christ sakes, even a pond is better than a fish bowl mentality.π€£ Stop swimming in the shallows of life. Launch out into the deep.
When you go against the grain, people will start to talk. Let them talk. You keep walking forward. Dare to do what other's said could never be done.π
Everyone will not be happy about you improving the health or your life. So don't expect them to be. Surround yourself with good people that are! There are more with you than against you.
When people see you making changes and making progress, they will ask you what you are doing, and why you are making changes? People who have a hard time making changes and accepting change will always discourage you from making changes. However, your progression is not nor can it be predicated on their passivity to align to change.
Tell them to mind their own business, while you take care of business improving your life. Your life is more than an opinion or a temporary circumstance. Your life is a sounding board of what matters to you. The only way to experience change is to have the grace to make changes. Amen.
Improve the health of your thoughts. As you improve the health of your thoughts, your life will gradually improve. Anchor your life in God's truth about you not people's opinions about you.
Your health is dependent on your actions, your thoughts and your beliefs. Do your part. When you do your part, God will step in and do what is beyond you.
