Check your thoughts at the door. Before you allow negative thoughts to rule your day. Do a self-check. Are you harboring negative thoughts that need to be filtered out and refreshed with positive thoughts? It may be a possibility. 

Ask yourself, are these thoughts that I'm thinking about going to lead me to better health? Are these thoughts that I am thinking about stress derived or peace derived? Am I in a good mood when I think like this, or am I in a bad mood when I think like this? 

Come on be honest. Chart your thoughts.

Jesus, help me to daily refresh my attitude, thoughts, mood and behavior with God's Word. Help me to filter negative thoughts and refresh my mind with positive thoughts. Forgive me for thinking negative thoughts. Help me to think positive. Help me to think thoughts that produce good health, divine peace and a good mood. Today I let go of negative thinking and embrace positive thinking. Help me to regularly refresh my mind with Your Word. Help me in the areas of my life that I am lagging in. Help me to have a better mood, think god thoughts, improve my behavior and communication. Help me to pray more. Thank you for helping me to see the results of my prayers, as I pray according to the Word of God and with them guidance of the Holy Spirit.
