Leadership 1-On-1... Leadership Advisory Board/Godly Advisors Part 2/ Rashea@LLO2 Academy

Leaders and leadership advisory boards... it is imperative that we lead and give counsel from the dimension of the 4d. There are spiritual keys that are available to us in Old and New Testament readings. The Books of Proverbs and Ecclesiastes are full of godly leadership principles that all organizations can refer to without being overly religious in their approach to leadership in ministry, our communities and/or the marketplace.

Take Esther for example. Esther being a godly leader found a wise way to maintain her faith and governance in Persia through the 4d (her spiritual regenerated relationship with God), when Haman (an Amalekite) and wicked governor of Persia, operating in the 3d (his degenerate spirit and soul), set out to destroy the nation of Israel in the land of Persia. Through the wise advice of her older cousin Mordecai who raised her, she fully relied on God, even when the pressure was on in the 3d realm of government (Esther 4).

God showed Esther how to remain in favor with her eternal King (God) and her earthly king (the King of Persia who was her husband). Moreover, because Esther allowed God to guide her in speaking with the king of Persia, she became a godly advisor to him. The king saw Esther's advice as sound wisdom and adopted and adapted to the moral principles of God as a Persian king.

This brings me to another important point in the Scriptures concerning leadership. God will uphold biblical principles through God centered and God fearing laws and protocols. Think about the protocols and procedures in your own communities, ministries, homes and workplaces. In what protocols and procedures do you see and hear moral priniciples from the Bible echoed?

SEE. They work! These moral principles are established to: 

.Keep order. 

.Give sound guidance in every circumstance.

.Keep everyone safe when followed.

I encourage Christian salvation to all. However, even if you are not a Christian, moral principles are helpful to all, to help give you a peace of mind, prosperity and good success in all areas of your life. Be persistent to lean into sound advice and build and establish your leadership boards and teams on moral advice and sound principles as the Holy Spirit leads you to.

.Advocated.

.Advanced.

What was her secret sauce? Heeding wise counsel coupled with prayer and fasting was her divine secret that she reveals in Esther 4. Prayer and fasting is an ancient practice dating back to the Old Testament. 

Prayer and fasting was practiced as a spiritual lifestyle for the children of Israel in the Old Testament. Jesus prayed and fasted. The Apostle Peter was noted praying and fasting in Acts 10.

The disciples of Jesus were also noted praying and tarrying for an extended time in the presence of God in Acts 2, as they awaited the coming off the Holy Spirit. In Acts 13 the Apostles and disciples of Jesus were praying and fasting concerning leaders and leadership guidance. And the Holy Spirit said, "Separate Me Paul and Barnabas for the work of the ministry for which I have called them (Acts 13:2)."

Wait just a minute. All this time.🙃 Note: Acts 13:2 says, "And the Holy Spirit said." Please note that prayer and fasting unlocks the voice of the Holy Spirit.👀🙃 Thank ya!🏃‍♀️😂🤣 The Holy Spirit speaks, y'all.👀🙏🏾

Prayer and fasting is more important than we realize. Satan and the forces of darkness know it. That's why they attempt to keep God's people from praying and fasting. We may not always see the results of prayer and fasting right away, but surely we will.

Prayer and fasting is a 4d practice. Prayer and fasting are spiritual keys to the heavenly dimensions of God. Prayer and fasting gets God involved in 3d circumstances that are beyond our ability to solve them on our own. Prayer and fasting unlocks miracles, signs and wonders.

This is the plumbline. If Jesus the Son of God had to pray and fast to overcome the devil and the devils vices while bearing the likeness of humanity, then we who are mortal must, too, pray and fast to overcome the vices of Satan the devil. Remember, although we are New Testament believers who are saved by grace through faith in Jesus, the moral principles of the Old Testament are yet relevant to our Christianity in this present time. Amen.

Esther knew that with Haman in a governing position next to the King in authority, she was no match for him. Haman not only had the king's authorization but the king's ear. Esther was not only praying and fasting that God would overturn this ungodly decree against the annihilation of her and her people because of Haman's revenge and hate for the Jews. Esther was praying and fasting that God would circumcise the spiritual ears and heart of the king. 

The prophet Jeremiah speaks of spiritual circumcision of the ears, while the prophet Ezekiel speaks of spiritual circumcision of the heart. God wants us to be able to hear His voice clearly and to heed his Word effectively. What empowers us to do so? Regeneration of our ears, our heart and our mind. 

Regeneration unlocks revelation. Revelation unlocks restoration. Restoration unlocks reformation of God's divine order in the earth.

We can lead in our own strength. However, it will come with much toil, stress, frustration  exhaustion and sleepless nights and long hours working and worrying one how to stay on top. That's not God's will or plan for many us.

The Bible says then AND now that God gives His beloved sweet rest. The Bible goes on to instruct us to cast all of our concerns, stress and weariness on the Lord; for He cares for us. 

How do we do this? We do this effectively through prayer and fasting. Prayer and fasting is a spiritual sign of surrender to God and not our problems. Prayer and fasting communicates to God that we trust Him for 4d answers and solutions that bring regeneration, restoration and reformation.
