The Power and Will of Concentration Part C/ Rashea@LLO2 Academy
Concentration is the intentional conducting of mental and emotional focus.
Concentration requires mental and emotional discipline to channel one's mood, behavior, thoughts and feelings.
Our emotions, thoughts and environment all have the ability and capacity to impact our mood and motion. So, what is a mood exactly? A mood is the combination of lingering emotions and thoughts within our spirits and our souls (good or bad). Our mood can impact how we behave, our responses and reactions to people, places and things.
Concentration requires time, patience, discipline and space to channel our thoughts and emotions in the right direction.
Concentration is the discipline to practice the principles of focus.
Components of Concentration:
.Mind (intellect, logic, reasoning, thoughts).
.Sight (eye sight & spiritual revelation).
.Spirit (the abiding of the inner triune life).
.Will (the inner ability to decide).
.Emotions (how you feel).
Concentration is the function and act of mental, visual and emotional fortitude. It requires one to filter and balance what they hear, think, see and how they feel.
Your environment can progress your concentration or regress your concentration.
The need to concentrate is geared toward one proceeding ahead, overcoming obstacles and achieving one's goals, vision and purpose.
