Getting a CLEAR Understanding on Mental Illness
Someone who is suffering from a mental disorder will deny that there is anything wrong with them. The battle is not only psychological but emotional. A person who is habitually showing signs of mental instability are battling not only in their thoughts but their emotions.
Some people who suffer from mental disorders have the ability to still function in normal environments and achieve at a high level. Trauma sometimes drives people to achieve at a high level to accomodate for the mental and emotional deficiencies that they are warring with within themselves. Although they achieve success in life, have some level of wealth and prominence and can function in society with their mental and emotional deficiencies, you can see signs that something is mentally and emotionally wrong with how they behave and communicate.
Mental health is such a vague terminology. I am determined to bring clarity to the whole mental health debate that is plaguing social society, science and the spiritual aspects of faith and belief. It is my goal to teach mental wellness and to help us navigate through life as safely and healthy as possible.
Avoid people and situations that can put you in harms way which can cause you time and strenuous effort to recover from. When a person is in denial about their mental and emotional health, it is difficult to help them or to get them the help they need. Mental and emotional disorders can be complex and perplexing when you encounter people who suffer from mental and emotional instability.
These disorders are not only psychological and physical but spiritual. People who suffer from mental and emotional trauma that lingers are vulnerable to the influence of demonic spirits. That's why we see so much violence and injustices in society. Mental and emotional imbalance that goes unchecked and incurred affects important aspects of peoples lives and the lives of those who come into contact with them.
We all face challenges from time to time that can cause distress in our lives. However, distress that lingers too long eventually turns into trauma, and trauma brings drama. Distress and challenges that linger are unhealthy and can cause mental instability and harm.
Here is a habitual list to look for when attempting to detect mental illness, mental instability or a mental disorder. Do not ignore these signs! Ignoring these signs have put many innocent people in harms way.ππΎπ―
