Styles Science Lab- Brain Cells
Styles discovers there are two different kinds of brain cells. There are neuron cells and neuroglia cells. The neuroglia cells are the smallest of the two brain cells. Millions upon millions of neuroglia cells surround neuron cells.
Neuroglia cells act as a voluntary support system to neuron cells. Neuroglia cells provide protein and other needed nutrients to neuron cells that enable neuron cells to effectively and efficiently transmit messages and information from the brain to the body to aid in the many functions of the body.
Your brain is full of brain cells, energy circuits, light, color and words that are transmitted into thoughts and information. These components are in constant motion within your mind and brain. Feeding your mind positive messages and imagery, words of affirmation and maintaining a healthy diet with the proper rest, helps to feed and to fuel positive energy to your brain cells. These components of habit help the brain to properly detox of waste and keeps the mind and brain clear, clean and in working order.
There are many things that can affect your mind and brain from thinking positively and clearly. Two common causes are an unhealthy diet and not getting adequate rest. Certain foods leave you feeling sluggish and tired. Some foods and beverages in huge consumptions can impact the proper development of brain cells that impact clarity of thought and how those thoughts are transmitted to the rest of the body.
A lack of sleep can leave you feeling overly tired. A lack of sleep, also, impacts your ability to stay awake and concentrate. A lack of sleep can impact your ability to think clearly and make decisions, as well.
When you lack sleep, you overly compensate with sugar and caffeinated beverages and foods. This will give your body a quick lift of energy, but a few hours later you will feel just as tired, if not more. Sleep, power naps and a moment to rest and center your thoughts will help you regain the energy and mind and brain mobility you need to successfully make it through each day feeling your best and keep your brain cells actively healthy and energized.
