Styles Science Lab- What Is Deep Seated Trauma?

Steady at work and deep into the human brain Styles discovers that neuroglia cells and neuron cells have barriers to balancing thoughts. When your thoughts are off balance, your bodies ability to properly function is thrown off balance. Suppressed trauma impacts the brains ability to send the proper information to the body.

This is what we call abnormal behavior. Trauma triggers negative thoughts that produce abnormal behavior. When your body is coping with suppressed trauma neuroglia cells and neuron cells have a difficult time producing positive electrical currents and sending the right information from the mind to the brain, then to the body, because the energy, time and effort it takes to receive, connect and transmit them are given to the inner battle of processing and fighting off negative electrical currents and information that sends the brain and the body into a negative state of existence.

Trauma, deep seated trauma that is, that goes unresolved impacts a person's life in seasons, segments and portions. Trauma can impact a portion of your life and your brains abilities and capacities more than others parts. No one can determine what parts of a person's life or brains functions will be impacted the most until the trauma surfaces.

In Styles studies he found that psychologists, scientists, and religious and secular counselors ask their patients questions. These questions and answers allow them to dig deeper into their patients history and background to see where the trauma is and what the root cause is. Asking the right questions and getting the right answers not only helps patients to find relief from their trauma, but asking the right questions and getting the right answers enables psychologists, scientists and counselors to properly diagnose and cure the root causes of trauma found in their patients.

Trauma are shadows of the past. It is haunting memories plaguing the mind that trigger painful thoughts, memories, sounds, expressions and imagery. Trauma is wounds within the soul, mind, spirit and body. Trauma can be debilitating in one part of a persons life while other parts of their lives maintain their proper function to help camouflage the portion of the persons life that is impacted by the trauma the most.

The danger in this is trauma that lingers too long can eventually impact other spheres of a person's life and development. Dealing with unresolved trauma can lead to ongoing: Panic attacks; anxiety; paranoia; anxious thoughts and emotions; unsubsided fear (fearing for no reason at all); depression; isolation; chronic co-dependency on others in fear of feeling lonely; easily agitated or angered; violent; thoughts of rage and menace behavior; low self-esteem; self-pity; self-absorption; conceit; curiosity that is harmful; denial of having trauma; loneliness; a communicative disconnect with others or with one's own thoughts, emotions and behavior; mental and emotional distortions of what really is true or real; a feeling of emptiness; mean-spirited, dark thoughts and emotions toward oneself or others; feeling a lack of purpose or fulfillment; an ongoing over exertion of one's efforts to be liked, loved or accepted by others; not knowing when to stop with injurious thoughts and behavior; a lack of sympathy or felt emotions (coldness, morally numb); a habit of making bad decisions or making decisions based on others acceptance of them; extremely fearful of making mistakes; uptight; moody; always negative about everything.

Those who suffer from deep seated trauma feel an inner void and an inner grief from loss or failed expectations. They have a lack of will to get better or they feel they don't know how to get better. Their thoughts and behavior can become extreme to conceal, ignore or pacify the void they feel on the inside or the void in their lives.

So, after some research and discussions with expert psychologists, scientists, counselors and even religious leaders who have a background in spiritual counseling, Styles discovered the best steps to take when dealing with, curing and healing from trauma are the following:

.Acknowledge there is trauma.

.Admit that you have trauma.

.Ask for and seek out help to overcome your trauma.

.Avoid people and unnecessary circumstances that can resurrect the trauma you are healed from.

.Stay positive and upbeat.

.Speak aloud and surround yourself with positive affirmations.

.Avoid negative circles, conversations, images and thoughts.

.Ask God to help you to heal and to forgive yourself and others who hurt you, betrayed you, invaded your life, expectations and/or space.

.WRITE NEW DREAMS AND NEW GOALS.

.Everyday you awaken, declare, "Today is a new day. Good things will happen. Every moment it not a bad moment. Every lesson is opportunity to learn, grow and succeed FORWARD!"

.Develop a regimen of prayer, fasting and spiritual devotion unto the Lord.

.Invest in healthy and positive leisure.

When you take these steps and make them a daily habit, the barrier and burden is removed in you brain and your mind. Your neuroglia cells and neuron cells can now give proper energy, time and effort over to receiving, filtering and transmitting the right information from the mind, to the brain and then to the body to produce positive thoughts, behavior and communication. Your brain, mind, heart, memory, conscious, subconscious, conscience, spirit, body, relationships, interaction with others, decisions and overall health will improve!
