Styles in the Lab- The Madness of Narcissism
Styles happened to come across a study that said, "Problems serve a purpose."
Style then asked the question, "Do problems serve a purpose?" He concluded that believing that problems serve a purpose is a psychological manipulation of one's thoughts.
To believe that one has to put up with problems just because someone believes that keeping problems around is of service is silly nonsense.π€¦♀️π If problems were good, we would have no need for problem solving, conflict resolution or brain storming to help resolve problems.
We are living in a battered world where narcissism is at an all time high and being normal is perceived to be weak or weird. This is what happens when we as a society fail to confront the wide spread of trauma and narcissism. To put up with problems for the sake of hurt feelings, relationships or opinions is UNWISE.
If you are having problems with those causing problems, imagine what chaos and confusion you will deal with if problems and those causing problems are not dealt with accordingly. People who cause problems run good people away. People who cause problems destroy the vision.
Don't let your relationship or connection to people destroy everything you worked hard to build. It took hundreds of years for Rome to become a fleet of massive power, but one man's madness destroyed the city in days.ππ Nero was a king, but a mad king he was.
Are you willing to lose everything at the hands and decisions of a modern day Nero? Be careful who you put in power. Your decision just might cause the downfall of a thriving empire.ππ
Being qualified is not a matter of what you have accomplished, who you know or what you have yet to accomplish. Being qualified to lead has everything to do with your character. Character can make or break a leader.
Nero's character was absolute madness. Those around him knew it, but no one felt qualified enough to stop it or him from destroying the nation. A powerful empire was taken down by madness, narcissism and a lack of character.
Put people in power that have good character. They can work on their skills and experience. However, good character is something that takes more time to grow than skills when it is lacking.
