Lord, help me to be strong and courageous. Let my mind be clear of distractions and stress, as I lead others. Let me not be overwhelmed by life's circumstances that hinder one's ability to lead effectively and efficiently. Help me to overcome any burdens or grief around me that others are carrying that can impact my life and leadership in a negative way. Help me to lead through revelation and not just information derived by the human intellect. I will obtain the promised land and lead others into the land of promise as You lead me. Help me to listen to You when You speak to me. Help me to follow Your direction and commands for my life and leadership. I thank You that my life and leadership yields bountiful fruit as I obey You, in Jesus name. Amen.
