Jesus, I acknowledge that transformation begins with me. Help me to honestly assess myself and make the changes necessary to see improvement and progress in my life and leadership. I admit that I am not perfect, but I am improving. Help me to regularly work on my strengths and weaknesses.
Help me to focus more on my character than the external cosmetics of superficial acceptance. Help me to work diligently to achieve 90% in leadership and maintain it regularly. Help me to give myself grace for any mistakes that I make along the way, as I improve as a leader and as a person, in Jesus name. Amen.
