Lord, help me to do what is best for the team, even when some are resistant to the changes being made. Help me to seek you in a time of prayer for the best direction for the team. Help me to prayerfully make the decisions that are needed to keep the team, vision and organization relevant and progressing forward. Show me how to explain why change is needed and, also, give the benefits of making changes. Give me strength to stand my ground with those that resist change and the grace to be willing to make whatever changes are needed to progress the team, vision and organization forward. Thank you for giving me trusted counsel and advisors, as I prayerfully make changes in leadership. Help us to sharpen any weaknesses we may have individually, as well as a leadership team.
