Lord, help me to lead effectively, emerge confidently, have a good attitude and demonstrate good character and leadership. Help me to be resilient no matter the circumstances. Help me to follow good leaders. Help me to be mindful and selective in who I follow as a leader. I will not be afraid to leave where I have been to go where You are leading me. Show me what to do, how to do my tasks and how to accomplish all that I need to do effectively and efficiently. Help me to stay current, build accuracy and efficiency. Help me to make whatever adjustments I need to make in life and in leadership in order to be effective and efficient without failure, frustration or fear. Help me to remain calm no matter what the circumstances are. Help me to be thorough and direct with empathy, strength and understanding when I need to be. Help me to have a good attitude and perspective no matter what others dispositions and outlooks are around me. No matter how much I know or do not know, help me to approach every assignment, lesson and circumstance willing to learn new knowledge, skills and people. I realize that failure and success are apart of life. So help me to remain steady and constant. Help me not to get too high or too low on myself or others.
