Great leaders are like sponges. They soak up the fundamentals being poured out until their minds are saturated with the right thoughts, the right concepts and the right imagery.

You do not have to be a Christian to practice wisdom. Godly wisdom can be practiced by anyone. Being a Christian just makes the practice of godly wisdom more meaningful.

Godly wisdom is reliable. It makes you wiser and enables your decisions, answers and solutions to be more accurate. God's Word and God's way works! 

Guided Prayer for the Mindset of a Leader in Leadership...

Lord, thank You for helping me to become a great leader. Help me to have good character and godly wisdom as I lead others. Help me not to rely on achievements alone. Help me to develop the skills needed to be a great leader and individual. Help me to surround myself with other great and like-minded individuals who have good character, who take leadership seriously and who genuienly care about the well-being of others. I renounce all insecurities from my life and those surrounding me that hinder my leadership and progression. I cast down every thought, concept and imagery that is evil and contrary to sound principles and godly character. I renounce all vanity from my life. Help me to seek success and prosperity that is meaningful and fulfilling. Help me to grow in leadership and in business. Give me an inner tenacity to learn and to grow as a great leader, in Jesus name. Amen.
