Kingdom Fitness 2024 Edition/Life at 40 and Beyond... Healthy Meditation and Focus

In your 40's what you set your thoughts on and meditate on is vital to your centergy as a person. Your thoughts guide your course. Your thoughts often dictate your behavior.

Contemplative thinking leads to a response. Impulsive thinking leads to a reaction. Think things through before you act or say anything.

Think good thoughts. Thinking good thoughts keeps you energized and calm. Thinking good thoughts elevates your hopes and expectations for the future.

Think logically, but, also, exercise faith. If you never think and believe for great things, you will always settle for mediocrity. Remember, mediocrity is settling for less than God's best for your life.

Even the rich and famous can find themselves in mediocrity. Mediocrity is settling for a life less than your purpose. Even rich and famous people get bored with their lives. So, be mindful of that.

Think thoughts that keep you on the path God has for your life not the path society says is the path. Well. Maybe that path isn't for you. Find your extraordinary in the ordinary!

There are those who assumed I dreamed of a luxurious lifestyle, because others around me had that. Well. I like nice things and living a quality life is on the top of my priority list. However, the pressures of living luxury is not.πŸ™ƒ

Life is what you make it. That's for sure. Don't let social society think through you or for you. Don't let them define your means of enough or contentment. Stop, pause and think for yourself.

The Bible encourages us to think on good things (Philippians 4:8; Colossians 3:1-2). Think on things that have meaning and bring fulfillment. Think on things that pushes you further into your purpose and closer to God.

Think on things that brings peace, alleviating stress and pressure. Think on things that encourages a steady pace as you embark on a quality life for yourself. Think on things that alleviate competition and comparisons with others.

In my 40's I have learned good thoughts count. They take on a sacred meaning. Your thoughts matter. Don't waste your thoughts worrying about things that really don't and won't matter latter down the road.

Make every thought count. Make every decision count. Let your life reflect your thoughts by bringing the best out of you.

Retrieve your head space. Make room for thoughts that will catapult you to new levels of peace, possibility, purpose and what you define prosperity to be. You cannot always count your thoughts, but you can track what you are thinking by your behavior and results.
