Kingdom Leadership 2024- Changing Courses with Integrity and Intentionality/Rashea@LLO2 Academy- Leadership Edition

This is personal. Integrity is a trait that you must take personal responsibility for. You have to own it, and own up to it.

Be intentional. Earn the right and own the right to be intentionally honest with yourself. That's right. Be honest with yourself.

So often people resist and resent the truth about themselves. They settle for vague glimpses of themselves through the marred mirrors of society and the hypocritical opinions of others.

Be self aware. Be so in tuned with yourself as an individual that when the world is at odds with you, your life speaks for itself.
The arguments of people to divide and conquer don't phase you or move you to lower your belief in who you know you are as a person. Your course should mirror your integrity and your integrity should mirror your course.

Integrity says, "I am honest enough to face the truth about me and to live my truth." Integrity looks discord in the eyes and declares, "I will remain at peace with myself and others around me as I stay the course." Integrity is valuing your worth and worthiness to be authentically you while others settle for trends, opinions and peer pressure to be something or someone they're not. Trends, opinions and peer pressure often leads us down a course that is totally out of your element.

We ask ourselves, "What am I doing here?" Well, let me ask you a question. What trend or opinion got you here? Retrace your steps and correct your course.

Your course should lead you to more peace and contentment than it does contention and stress. If you have peace and you find contentment, you are on the right course. Keep moving forward with your integrity in tact.

Leading with integrity in the moment stems from a core belief that believes truth wins. Doing what is right is infallible. Integrity is an ancient principle that guides the course of those who prosper and succeed based on principles.

Principles such as integrity or timeless. They maintain their strength by remaining anciently anchored in God. They value God's Word and the laws of principles enough to keep moving forward in the right direction.

Being intentional and being intentionally anchored in integrity doesn't deny the lack of integrity some pose as enough to get by. Being intentional and being intentionally anchored in your integrity overcomes the proclivity to settle for a lack of integrity in any given situation. When you are honest with yourself about yourself, you will be amazed at how much you can and will improve in life and as a person and a leader.
