Although demons have the ability to transform themselves into angels of light... they do not worship God. Demons who pose as angels of light mobilize the spirit of idolatry or the spirit of the anti-Christ through false teachings and acts of ministry that are Babylonian based which is based on a person's heart motivations. Babylonian based religion is what we call the Babylonian mixture in the apostolic and prophetic dimensions of the fivefold ministry. The book of Revelation refers to Babylonian based religion or idolatry as the lukewarm church.
The spirit of idolatry can be exposed by every branch of the fivefold ministry. Every branch of the fivefold ministry has the power and authority as led by the Holy Spirit to cast out the spirit of idolatry. However, let me caution you: Demons have ranks. If you are contending against ranking demons such as the spirit of idolatry... You must be equipped with prayer, fasting and the full armor of Jesus Christ or you will be defeated.
You cannot fight demon powers in 3d or with 3d tactics. They rule over the 3d world of the flesh. You must come up to the 4d dimension of the spirit and contend from the position of sonship and dominion through Jesus.
Hear me well. Demons are not moved nor cast out on the basis of our level of education or where we attended school in the natural but rather the ANOINTING.
The anointing destroys yokes of oppression not our level of education, networth or our networks (Isaiah 10:27; 58:6-14, 61:1-3). Demons have no problem shaming us like the seven sons of Sceva who were religious men but lacked the anointing (Acts 19:14-20).👀
If you are going to cast out demons... You better know the Holy Ghost. The only name demons bow to is the name of Jesus. Do not lay hands on anyone in prayer, if you are carnal in your spirit or unfamiliar with the kinds of demons that you are dealing with. Demons transfer and latch on to people who are weak in their faith or struggling in various areas of their humanity.
Jesus spoke healing and deliverance more than He did laying hands on people. There's nothing wrong with laying hands on people, but follow the guidelines of God's Word and the leading of the Holy Spirit when doing so.
When Jesus healed the sick... He laid hands on many of them.
However, when Jesus cast out demons... He spoke and commanded them to leave the afflicted.👌🏾💯 You cannot counsel demons. You cast out demons and then counsel the person, if they are willing to receive the proper counseling.
Leaders. Stop negotiating with demons. They will win every time. You cast demons out. That was Jesus only option when dealing with demons.
Do not lay hands on a demon possessed individual. Demons not only transfer themselves, but they also are designed to zap a believers virtue and energy who is dealing in prayer and deliverance. We see this in the passage of Scripture where Jesus asked His disciples, "Who touched Me? For I felt virtue leave Me."
When casting out demons, do not lay hands on the afflicted, only pray over them and speak to that spirit tormenting them and command it to leave that person, in Jesus name. Command it back to hell. Do not give demonic spirits permission to roam. For they will only find someone else to torment.
After you have prayed over people or with an individual, be sure to take a moment and pray or have a trusted team to pray over you when completing your task. Spiritual warfare is a very aggressive realm in the spirit. Jesus often went away to pray after dealing with the multitudes who came to Him for healing and deliverance.
Do not leave your spirit empty. Fill up and fuel up with the Holy Spirit and the Word of God after praying over others and ministering to them. Take a moment to rest as well. It is vitally important to do so.
