The Kingdom of God- How to Successfully Overcome Systemic Oppression/ Rashea@LLO2 Academy
Oppression is off the devil. Oppression was never God's intentions for mankind. God created us to be free. Satan created a deceptive system to enslave humanity.
Satan will tell you that not having rights to a better life isn't oppression. It's just life. But I say, if the devil is forcing you into oppressive circumstances and withholding better from you purposely, that's oppression.
You don't have to settle for that kind of life. The Bible said, when the Israelites were being treated unfairly by the Egyptian's and the Pharaohs of their time, they wept bitterly before God to save them, and He did. Oppression still exist. Pharaoh's heart is still hardened, refusing to let God's people go free.
The Bible says, "Pharaoh saw the prosperity of the Jews and created a system to keep them bound." This system was created to make life hard for the Jews, but yet they continued to multiple. The Egyptian's were becoming rich and powerful by oppressing the Jews.
God eventually, judged the Egyptian's fairly for their harsh deeds against the Jews. It is foolish to believe that oppression is okay. It is foolish to think that God will not judge you for such inhumane acts against other humans.
Everyone deserves a better life, especially when people work hard to create a better life for themselves. A person's free will to choose should not be hindered just because others despise their success and their ability to make good choices. People have some very twisted belief systems when it comes to maintaining systemic oppression that only empowers certain kinds of people.
Overcoming systemic oppression requires prayer, patience, perseverance and relentless resilience. There are people assigned to your life to resist your success and progres. People who are heartless will do almost anything to keep you oppressed. You have to be dedicated to the progression of overcoming the madness of systemic oppression, because systemic oppression is really madness and a sickness of the soul.
The Bible says, "The Jews cried out to the Lord." God heard their cries and prayers. Oppression is designed to break your will, your spirit and destroy your dreams. Pharaoh's who do not know God are put in power to break your will, your spirit and destroy your dreams.
Systemic oppression is designed to keep you bound. If you do get free, it will try to buy you and sway you back into the system as a champion for its cause. "You made it out, but don't let others bound to the system make it out, because then we'll have to share what we have with them." Sounds familiar?ππ
You have to maintain a level of independence from the system even after becoming free from its oppressive ways. That's why people say, "I am independent." They say this, because they know there is a real system that exist that's called systemic oppression. Systemic oppression says, "We own you." And they will drive you like a slave.
I see why people fought to be free, and paved the way for others to be free, too. People educated themselves. They sought out new reforms to protect their freedoms against systemic oppression.
The force that drives systemic oppression is greed, laziness, jealousy, politics and hatred. The Bible said, "Pharaoh saw the prosperity of the Jews." Their growth and prosperity in a foreign land was too much for Pharaoh to handle. Moreover, the Jews oppression was under the charge of a Pharaoh who did not know Joseph or the kindness of the Pharaoh's before him.
This means the presence of the Jews existed but the presence and memory of who Joseph was in Egypt was nonexistent.ππ Have you ever been under the kindness of one leader to only experience the harshness and cruelty of another? It happens all the time.
Another key component to overcoming systemic oppression is praying that God will raise up leaders in leadership that treat people fairly. When leaders see people as people and not objects or less than human, the value of life goes up for everyone. This communicates everyone matters. We all have responsibilities to tend to not just a certain kind of people.
Systemic oppression doesn't care what people have going on. It is set to drive you, to force you and to exhaust you. Systemic oppression is a very dangerous system that once you get free from, you never refer back to.
