Living Well Empowerment 2024; Living with Godly Wisdom in Your 40's... Self Check (A 30 Day Devotional for Women- Day 7) Devotional Reflections for Women in Their 40's/Rashea@LLO2 Academy
Beam or speck? Speck or beam? How are you seeing? How are you seeing life? Is your perception distorted?
Are you questioning integrity when integrity is clearly at work? Do you give bad habits a pass all too often? If so, why?
King Solomon emphasized the importance of integrity. Are you dishonest, yet question the honesty of those who are honest? If so, why?
Ladies, stop.π Maybe it's time to do a self- check. Do your core values hang in the balance?
Let's look at the lady in the mirror. YOU. Yes, you.
How are you holding up? Life happens to everyone. Every lady around you is facing some kind of challenge or triumph. However, do your core values support integrity? If not, then why not?
Do you get frustrated with those who are integral? If so, why? What, at your core, causes you to get agitated by others integrity?
We expect others around us to be honest with us. Right? Well, are you honest with others, other than giving them a piece of your mind? No one likes being lied to.
Do you harshly judge others who fall short of your expectations while giving yourself a pass way too often? A lack of integrity will catch up with you. It pays to be honest, even when others are not.
Cutting corners shows a lack of integrity. I was taught to do the job right, even if it takes a little more time. When you do things the right way, you will spend less time redoing what you cut corners on.
Not only will your gift bring you before great leaders and people of prominence, but so will your integrity and work ethic. While others are falling to the wayside, you will stay on the journey to purpose and greatness.
Who in your life are you accountable to? Are they people or a person of integrity? It is terrible to be accountable to people who hold you accountable but lack integrity themselves. π Do this, but you're not doing it. Say this, but you're not saying it.
Oh my goodness. A lack of integrity. Right?
Stop. Take a minute and assess your life, motives and actions. Be a lady of integrity.
