I decree and declare that I am blessed. I am blessed by the Divine.

Wisdom is my crown. I adorn myself with godly Wisdom. I am radiant with its glow.

I will keep godly Wisdom near me. I will treasure her in my heart. I will be diligent to practice godly Wisdom.

God's wisdom supercedes all opinions, preferences and wise sayings. I am blessed. I am blessed by the Divine. 

I will listen to godly Wisdom. She will protect me and keep me from evil. Yes, godly Wisdom will comfort my heart and order my steps.

My life is restored. I am made new. My soul is refreshed, and I am refocused.

I am crowned with good all the days of my life. I am blessed. I am blessed by the Divine, in Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Dear KU Ladies: Focus on you. Love you. Believe in you. Work on you everyday. Taking care of yourself is so important. Be proactive. Learn yourself and know yourself well. Listen to your intuition. I know we live in a culture where we depend heavily on doctor's and medicine. However, some things we experience can be cured just by changing how we eat and incorporating fitness and establishing a practical yet personal relationship with God. I get it. Some people may not need to go to the gym regularly to stay fit. God bless their good genes. However, many of us must incorporate fitness and good eating habits to maintain our health and wellness. I totally understand. Preferences. Beliefs. Everyone is entitled to choose what path they will follow. Whatever suits you.
