Blessed is the wise leader. It is a snare to lean to your own understanding in leadership. A wise leader heeds procedures and protocols. 


What a wise leader doesn't know, she inquires about. A wise leader is not afraid to say, "I don't know." A wise leader is apt to learn what it is she doesn't know.

Only a fool says in their heart, "I have no need for godly Wisdom. My way is better." They are bound to fail.

Wise is the leader who considers godly Wisdom. Blessed is the lady who disciplines herself to learn right knowledge and gain understanding. She will be promoted. Yes, she will be blessed in all things. 

Wisdom rewards learners. Students of governmental Wisdom succeed. God's Wisdom is law over all things. God's Wisdom is law over godly leaders in leadership. 

A wise leader considers the laws of godly Wisdom. A wise leader takes heed to the Truth. A wise leader is not the reproach of ignorance but the victor of godly Wisdom.

She makes her decisions on the basis of godly Wisdom. Godly Wisdom is infallible. She trains herself to be wisely infallible in leadership on the basis of godly Wisdom. 

The leader who leads with godly Wisdom will be considered wise. She will rise to new heights. She will contribute to Wisdom's harvest.
