I am a wise leader. I will not lean to my own understanding in leadership. I heed procedures and protocols.


What I don't know I inquire about. I am not afraid to say, "I don't know when I don't know." I take the initiative to learn what it is I need to know to be effective and efficient in leadership. 

I have need of godly Wisdom. God's ways are much better than my own. I will not fail. Yes, I will succeed in leadership!

I daily consider godly Wisdom. I daily practice self-discipline in order to accurately learn right knowledge and gain the proper understanding. I will be promoted in life and in leadership. Yes, I will be blessed in all things and in all that I say and do.

I am a godly leader. I am rewarded by godly Wisdom. I am an apt student of governmental Wisdom. God's Wisdom is law over me and my leadership. 

I consider the laws of godly Wisdom. I take heed to the Truth. I am not the reproach of ignorance but the victor of godly Wisdom.

I make my decisions on the basis of godly Wisdom not impulse or the pressure of others. Godly Wisdom is infallible. I discipline myself to be wisely infallible in leadership on the basis of godly Wisdom. 

I lead with humility, strength, integrity and godly Wisdom. I am considered wise. I will rise to new heights in life and in leadership. I will contribute to Wisdom's harvest around me and around the world. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
