Huh... Hmm... The day requires quiet reflections underneath the stars. God I am grateful. 

Thankful. Grateful. Thank you. 

Heck! They all mean the same thing. Right?🤣😂

Gratitude is one thing that so often goes unexpressed. We live in a world of hustle and bustle, needs and wants. So often a simple thank you goes unsaid.


Is that okay God? The Bible says, "Be full of gratitude," but I hear more murmuring and complaining than thank you. Jupiter's to Jesus.😂🤣 

Help us Lord. This world I mean. Even me in those moments I forget to say thank you.

Thank you for life, breath, food, clothes, mommy, good friends and family. Most importantly, thank you for you, Jesus. Thank you for You.

"In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you". -1Thessalonians 5:18

Dear KU Ladies: Focus on you. Love you. Believe in you. Work on you everyday. Taking care of yourself is so important. Be proactive. Learn yourself and know yourself well. Listen to your intuition. I know we live in a culture where we depend heavily on doctor's and medicine. However, some things we experience can be cured just by changing how we eat and incorporating fitness and establishing a practical yet personal relationship with God. I get it. Some people may not need to go to the gym regularly to stay fit. God bless their good genes. However, many of us must incorporate fitness and good eating habits to maintain our health and wellness. I totally understand. Preferences. Beliefs. Everyone is entitled to choose what path they will follow. Whatever suits you.
