There is a right way to resolve conflict and disagreements even as a man. Being domineering isn't helpful or healthy. However, neither is passivity helpful or healthy.

Everyone has a way to cope with discouragement, disagreements and frustrations. However, migrate away from coping to resolving. You are gifted and equipped to create solutions and bring peace to environments.


God created you first. First to lead. First to resolve.

Sometimes, the solution is in your answers. And sometimes, the solution is found in your humility to recognize and acknowledge your own limitations. Strong men ask for help and receive help.

Disagreements are bound to happen from time to time in all areas of your life. Personalities and perspectives clash from time to time. However, your ability to navigate around challenges and resolve matters with your composure in tact demonstrates your true manhood.

Anyone can rant and rage under pressure, but not many can stay composed under pressure. Can you be the answer? The calm under pressure? Sure you can!

Be resolved with the resolve. Become the solution and not the problem. Manhood is not about flexing your superiority or muscles, but leading with resolve and godly Wisdom to encourage, to create, to empower and to bring about needed change and transformation.
