I am learning. I am growing. I am becoming a better man.

I seek out the right way to resolve conflict and disagreements as a man. I am not domineering. Nor am I passive.

I will not cope with discouragement, disagreements or frustrations. I will migrate away from coping to resolving. I am gifted and equipped to create solutions and to bring peace to environments.

God created me first. I am created to lead. I am created to resolve.

I create solutions and answers. I am humble. I recognize and acknowledge my own limitations. I am strong, yet I know when to ask for help and when to receive help.

Although disagreements are bound to happen from time to time in all areas of my life, and  personalities and perspectives clash from time to time, I have the inborn ability to navigate through challenges and resolve matters with my composure in tact. I demonstrate true manhood in my creativity and resolve.

I will not rant or rage under pressure. I will stay composed under pressure. I am the answer. I am the calm under pressure.

I am resolved with the resolve. I am the solution and not the problem. I lead with resolve and godly Wisdom to encourage, to create, to empower and to bring about needed change and transformation. This I decree, in Jesus name. Amen.
