A guided prayer to doing leadership God's way....
Lord, help me to realize and to reach my full potential. Help me to help others realize and reach their full potential without being overbearing, judgmental or pushy, as you lead me. Forgive me for every time I judged someone wrongly. Forgive me for every time I judged myself wrongly. Help me to keep your Word and to respect those in government, as you lead me. Help me to govern my life, family and leadership by right principles, but show them grace and understanding, as we all grow and become our best selves. Thank you for empowerment and enlightenment. Help me to graciously help others without being to pushy or too lenient. Help me to develop the right balance to advance forward. Help me to be respectful. I pray that I am respected, as I respect others. Help me to be honest with those that I lead and protect their freedoms from indifference. Help me to make a difference and to be a good leader to those that I lead in my ministry assignment, in Jesus name. Amen.
