Lord, help me to live a life of consecration. Help me to make the necessary changes that I need to make in order to see the continual evidence of You working in my life. Help me to accept that change is sometime inevitable. Help me to become the person You want me to be. My life is organically improving as I make changes that are essential to my growth and development as a person and as a Christian. I am becoming the best version of myself on a daily basis. I renounce the assignment of the devil to keep me unproductive, complacent and unfruitful. Jesus, I thank You that your atonement guarantees me a fruitful life and walk with God. I will not feel bad for improving myself, my life or the things around me. As I make changes and live a life of consecration unto the Lord, my awareness of God's Lordship, love and presence is deepening in my life. Help me to live purely and holy. Thank You for purpose and spiritual and daily guidance through pray, as I spend time with You, in Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Dear KU Ladies: Focus on you. Love you. Believe in you. Work on you everyday. Taking care of yourself is so important. Be proactive. Learn yourself and know yourself well. Listen to your intuition. I know we live in a culture where we depend heavily on doctor's and medicine. However, some things we experience can be cured just by changing how we eat and incorporating fitness and establishing a practical yet personal relationship with God. I get it. Some people may not need to go to the gym regularly to stay fit. God bless their good genes. However, many of us must incorporate fitness and good eating habits to maintain our health and wellness.
