It's true, you are getting older. But the truth is, who in the world isn't?🤣😂 Everyone is getting older whether they ever admit to it or not.

You're in your 40's now. GOOD FOR YOU, LADY!🎉 Don't you ever allow younger women to make you feel old. You're not. 


Age with grace. Be good to yourself. Take care of you.

As I have said in previous conversations about being in our 40's, I have learned that life requires a bit more rest and moments to center our universe within. But you can still be your best self in your 40's and beyond when you take time to nurture yourself. Pay attention to you.

So often, we busy women and mom's tend to our world without taking care of the vessel that matters... ourselves. It's not selfish to take care of you. You are no good to anyone exhausted, discouraged, frustrated or stressed out, not even yourself.

Girl... take you a coffee break. Read that chapter, take a day to catch up on you. "Hey, girl. How have you been?"😂🤣 I'm just saying.

You are defined and refined by God.

You matter. Stop the stress attacks. Release every frustration. Give your burdens over to God and just be.

What does that look like for you? When was the last time you took time to just be, without thinking about what you had to do later in the day or the next day? Put you on your calendar, because you matter.

Write your name. Date the day. And tell yourself, "_______________________ (Rashea) matters. Put your name in the blank.

Tell yourself, "I am defined and refined by God. "
