Spring Forward April 2025... The Laws of Joy/ Living with Intentionality /Rashea@LLO2 Academy

I am 43, and loving my 40's thus far. Yes, it's true. I am older now, and with growing older comes new stages of life. Changes. Ladies, can I get a witness.πŸ˜‚

But changing isn't a bad thing, when you take proactive measurements to balance the nature and rhythm of change with intentionality to stay informed and proactive. You can feel better and look amazing as you get older. I cannot emphasize it enough. Listen to your intuition, that still small voice saying, "This is the way leading to life, bliss, contentment and peace. This is the right information you need. These are the right steps that you need to take for men and women, males and females, young and older."

Well. What are you waiting for? Get after it.πŸƒπŸƒ‍♀️

Don't panic when change happens. Instead, pray. Don't revert back to old habits that stagnated your growth and development. Wisen up.

Anyone or anything that keeps discouraging your growth as a person or who keeps emphasizing unhealthy habits need your absence not your presence. When you are springing forward, you need to surround yourself with people, places and things that can respect your decisions and values.  "Okay, I understand. I did that then, but I don't do that now," has to be the stance.

When you are growing older, your spirit, soul and body can't handle the reckless decisions and behaviors we once entertained when we were much younger. Take it from King Solomon in the Book of Ecclesiastes. Repeatedly, he said, "All is vanity." Wisdom, youth, wealth and notoriety is all vanity without God.

The Apostle Paul said, "Yeah, when I was younger, I did silly things, but I'm older now. It's time to grow up. Make better decisions." I totally get it. I feel that way too.

Wisen up, Shea. Focus, Shea. Build self awareness, Shea.

Don't strive for prosperity, success or greatness. Take strides. Set goals, keep your dreams in front of you, work hard, do your part, be proactively intentional and leave the growth to God.

Spring forward knowing that life requires pace, focus, decisive decisions and intentionality to progress in all areas of your life. Pursue. Pace. Persist. Prevail.
