How has your emotional, spiritual and mental health been like as of late?

Get off the hamster wheel of emotional fatigue. Take control of your emotions, spiritual growth and thoughts. It's not about what others see. It's really about who you are when you're all by yourself. Are you frazzled, frustrated or depressed? Or are you at peace, happy and future driven?
Who we really are will show eventually.
Are you Christ centered or self-centered?
Are you fixated on others opinions or are you confident in yourself no matter what is going on?
Are you focused or distracted?
God wants us to have trusting relationships and associations with others, but He warns us not to put all our trust in them, substituting them for God's place in our lives.
What have you been putting off? What needs to change right now?
Well, get to it! Stop putting it off. Procrastination is a form of fear, laziness and conformity to what is familiar and known even if it's toxic.
Toxicity breeds problems. Problems breed drama and often times trauma. If you are stressed out, exhausted, frustrated, falling behind or depressed, locate why, and then fix the problems.
I challenge you to get emotionally, spiritually and mentally healthy. Detox. Resolve. Then, move forward.
