Be still my soul. In God I rest. Rest here my soul, and be refreshed.

Tired? Bothered? Weighty with cares, deadlines, budgets or pressure?

Are you stressed out? Do you need time to just breathe and be? I get it. 

Rest. Come to the presence of God and find rest. God can heal you, man of God. He can set you free from the stress, tears and fears plaguing you inside and weighing you down.

Abraham came to God. Jacob came to God.  King David remained in the presence of God throughout his many psalms.

The prophets, Daniel, Ezekiel and Isaiah all came to God. The apostles, Peter and Paul came to God. Great men throughout history were all known for coming to God for strength, hope, faith, direction, salvation and instructions.

Where do I go? I go to the Rock that's higher than I. God is my Refuge and Defender. Yes, He is my Fortress.

God is a present help in the time of adversity. He is, also, a good confidant. When you need a good friend to talk to and talk ideas over with He will listen. Yes, He will answer. 

Moses was a friend of God. Did you know that? Wow. What a Friend? What a Wonder? 

You may come weary and burdened, but you won't leave God's presence wearied, worried or wondering what in the world is going on? God has the answers. Yes, He has the joy you need, the peace you need, and your next set of instructions. 

Come as you are. But I guarantee you this, you won't stay as you are. Lay it all down, and let God help you.
